Every old Bhutanese song such as bodra and zhungdra songs are composed based on metaphoric verses. This particular song called "Neljor Diney Jel Tsana" references fruits that get destroyed during hurricanes and other natural disasters. In later verses it speaks of a flesh body which falls ill and dies. The song carries the message of the impermanence or ephemerality of life. The song may have been composed by a Yogi because the verses of the song resemble such a man's perspective.
ང་བཅས་རའི་ འབྲུག་གི་གཞུང་སྒྲ་དང་བོད་སྒྲ་ དེ་ལས་རིག་གསར་གྱི་གླུ་གཞས་ཚུ་ མང་ཤོས་ར་དཔེ་སྦྱར་ཏེ་ར་བརྩམས་ཡོདཔ་ད་ ལྷུན་རྩེ་ཀུར་སྟོད་ ཟིམ་སྤོངས་ལས་སེངྒེ་བཟང་མོ་གིས་འཐེན་མི་བོད་སྒྲའི་གླུ་གཞས་ རྣལ་འབྱོར་འདི་ནས་ཡར་ལ་མཇལ་ཙ་ན་ཟེར་མི་དེ་ཡང་ དཔེ་ཤིང་ཅིག་ལུ་ ལོ་མ་འབྲས་བུ་དང་བཅསཔ་སྦེ་ག་ནི་བ་འཇའ་ཆི་ཆི་སྦེ་ཡོདཔ་ཨིན་རུང་ རྐྱེན་རླུང་འཚུབས་དྲག་པོ་གིས་འབད་འཕྱག་བཏང་སར་མཐོང་སྟེ་མི་རྟག་པ་དྲན་ བླམ་ལུ་གསོལཝ་བཏབ་ཨིནམ་ད་ དོན་ངོ་མ་ལུ་ རྣལ་འབྱོརཔ་རང་གི་ལུས་ལུ་བལྟ་སྟེ་འབད་རུང་ ལུས་ལུ་ཤ་ཁྲག་དང་དབང་པོ་སྒོ་ལྔ་གིས་བཀབ་བཞག་སྟེ་ཡོད་མི་ལུ་ རྐྱེན་ནད་རིམས་དྲག་པོ་གིས་མེདཔ་བཏང་པའི་སྐབས་ལུ་ རང་གི་ལུས་ཡང་མི་རྟག་པ་བསམ་ བླམ་ལུ་གསོལཝ་བཏབ་སྟེ་དམ་པའི་ཆོས་བསྒྲུབ་དགོ་པའི་སྐོར་ལས་ཨིནམ་ད་ མདོར་བསྡུ་བ་ཅིན་ གླུ་གཞས་འདི་ ཚེ་མི་རྟག་པའི་སྐོར་ལས་བཤདཔ་ཨིན་མས། གླུ་གཞས་འདི་ བྱུང་རབ་དང་རྩོམ་པ་པོ་ངོས་འཛིན་འབད་མ་ཚུགས་ཏེ་འབད་རུང་ རྣལ་འབྱོར་པ་ཅིག་གིས་བརྩམས་བརྩམསམ་ཨིན་པས།

- སེངྒེ་བཟང་མོ་ Singye Zangmoཤིང་ལ་འབྲས་བུ་ལོ་འདབ་ལྗོན་པ་འདི། །རྐྱེན་རླུང་འཚུབ་དྲག་པོས་བསྐྱུར་ནས་འགྲོ། །རྐྱེན་རླུང་འཚུབ་དྲག་པོས་བསྐྱུར་ནས་འགྲོ། །If come across with Yogis, won't keep weight of fruits on branches. The weight of fruits on the branch are blown by the windstorm.
- སེངྒེ་བཟང་མོ་ Singye Zangmoརྐྱེན་རླུང་འཚུབ་དྲག་པོས་བསྐྱུར་བ་འདི། །འདི་ཡང་མི་རྟག་དྲན་ཤིང་(ཅིང་)བླ་མ་མཁྱེན། །འདི་ཡང་མི་རྟག་དྲན་ཤིང་(ཅིང་)བླ་མ་མཁྱེན། །
- སེངྒེ་བཟང་མོ་ Singye Zangmoརྣལ་འབྱོར་རང་གི་ལུས་ལ་བལྟས་ཙམ་(ཙ་)ན། །ལུས་ལ་ཤ་ཁྲག་དབང་པོས་ལྗོན་ནས་ཡོད། །ལུས་ལ་ཤ་ཁྲག་དབང་པོས་ལྗོན་ནས་ཡོད། །The blowing of windstorm is, reminding of impermanent lord. If I look into the yogi's body, it is made up of blood and flesh.
- སེངྒེ་བཟང་མོ་ Singye Zangmoལུས་ལ་ཤ་ཁྲག་དབང་པོས་ལྗོན་པ་འདི། །རྐྱེན་ནད་རིམས་དྲག་པོས་བསྐྱུར་ནས་འགྲོ། །རྐྱེན་ནད་རིམས་དྲག་པོས་བསྐྱུར་ནས་འགྲོ། །
- སེངྒེ་བཟང་མོ་ Singye Zangmoརྐྱེན་ནད་རིམས་དྲག་པོས་བསྐྱུར་བ་འདི། །འདི་ཡང་མི་རྟག་དྲན་ཤིང་(ཅིང་)བླ་མ་མཁྱེན། །འདི་ཡང་མི་རྟག་དྲན་ཤིང་(ཅིང་) བླ་མ་མཁྱེན། །The body that is composed of blood and flesh will be taken away by misfortune and disease. The misfortune of disease is also reminding of impermanent lord.
